The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) held a workshop at its headquarters in Riyadh entitled “Consultative Sessions for Registering, Advertising, and Promoting Food, Feed, and Cosmetic Products.” The workshop, presented by several specialists from the SFDA, highlighted the mechanisms and procedures for registering, advertising, and promoting food, feed, and cosmetic products.
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has referred a facility in Qatif to the Public Prosecution to take necessary legal measures for manufacturing and marketing cosmetics without obtaining the required licenses, as well as for storing products subject to the SFDA's control in an unlicensed location.
