HRH Prince Migrin bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Premier, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SFDA, received at his office in Yamammah Palace in Riyadh H.E. The Chief Executive Officer of SFDA, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Almishal, accompanied by the Advisor of  HRH Chairman of SFDA Board, Khaled Al Nehait; H.E. Vice President of  Food Sector, Dr. Salah Al Miman; H.E. Vice President of  Drug Sector, Dr. Ibrahim Al Jufali; H.E. CEO Assistant for Shared Services, Engineer Saleh Al Hathlool; H.E. CEO Assistant for Information Technology, Engineer Falah Al Metairie, H.E. Executive Director for Radiology Safety of Medical Devices & Products Sector, Engineer Ali Al Dalan, H.E.SFDA Spokesman, Idris Al Drees; Executive Director of Public Relations, Mazen Al Ismael, Director of Information & Media, Ahmed Al Fehaid and a number of SFDA employees from Food, Drug, Medical Devices and IT Sectors.

At the beginning of the reception, HRH Crown Prince viewed a number of SFDA Identification Charts, a Short Introductory Film about SFDA and listened to a detailed description of SFDA Programs and plans aiming to build an integrated organization with the objective to establish the first defense line to protect the health of human beings.

H.E. CEO of SFDA provided an overview of SFDA projects that are underway and those projects nearing completion.

HRH Crown Prince praised SFDA for their performing and tracking of their  activities saying: “ Praise be to Allah who granted us such young bright brains who actively contribute to the development of control systems and business procedures to enhance and expedite SFDA performance.

Prince Megrin emphasized that everyone in SFDA shall carry out his tasks in the best manner confirming: “ You will be responsible before  Allah and the Governors, for assurance of the safety and security of citizens and expatriates’ food and drug and the medical devices and products they use.’

At the end of the reception HRH Crown Prince received a memorial shield n this event from H.E. Chief Executive Officer of SFDA.

The reception was attended by H.E. Minister of Commerce and Industry, member of  SFDA Board, Dr. Tewfik bin Fawzan Al Rabiah and H.E. the Private Secretary of HRH Crown Prince, Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Saleh Alhawas
