SFDA Intensified Control on Sweets Factories During Eid Holidays

SFDA intensified its control efforts on food organizations during Eid Al Fitre holidays. SFDA prepared a control plan which included increased inspection visits to food organizations and in particular sweets factories that have dozens of branches in different regions. SFDA checked and confirmed compliance of such factories with health requirements related to production of these foods, validity of the raw materials and finished products before sending them to markets during Eid.
