HRH Prince Sulman bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, received this day, Monday 4/3/1432H, at his office in the Ruling Palace, the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Food & Drug Authority, Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Kanhal and accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the key achievements, roles and statistics of the Food, Drug and Medical Devices & Products Sectors for the year 2010 were reviewed, in addition to SFDA’s role of control to guarantee the safety of food and drugs and security of medical devices and products.

Dr. Al Kanhal extended his thanks and appreciations to the leadership of this country for their consideration and the support extended to SFDA by The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques and HRH Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz , Crown Prince and Chairman of SFDA Board of Directors and valued the role of HRH Prince Sulman bin Abdul Aziz and HRH concerns about the safety and security of food and drug as part of HRH Concerns about the security of the country and the citizens
