SFDA Participates in World Food Safety Day Under the Theme “Food Standards Save Lives”

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) participates in the celebration of the World Food Safety Day, which falls on Wednesday (the 7th of June of each year), under the theme “Food Standards Save Lives”.

SFDA: Powder fruit drink is free of harmful chemicals

Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) stated that the rumor that multi-flavored fruit beverages in the form of "powder" contain some dangerous ingredients, such as calcium phosphate, which breaks down bones, is untrue.
