- A valid copy of Municipality license/ A valid copy of Industrial License.
- A Copy of a valid license from the Civil Defense.
- In case of a commercial agency, a copy of the letter authorization attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, must be provided.
- A copy of concerned person National ID, Family ID, passport or Iqama.
- A statement signed by the establishment’s owner attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, authorizing the concerned person.
- A copy of the power of Attorney or Authorization letter attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
